Bo Steiner is the Director of Operations for First Responders Wellness Center.  Bo was in the Navy for 11 years and was deployed twice to Iraq for OIF.   Bo has worked for the federal government for over 15 years within Homeland Security and the Small Business Administration.  He is a Naval Academy graduate and married to a veteran police officer.

At FRWC, Bo manages the daily operations at FRWC ensuring that all of the employees and departments are working towards the common goal of helping first responders.  He develops and implements operational strategies and policies to enhance the FRWC mission.  He can help navigate and find solutions for individuals, departments, and federal government agencies who are looking to seek guidance from the FRWC including billing/insurance, coordinating therapy, crisis management, wellness program development and annual wellness visits, as well as training.  Bo supervises and provides guidance to our wellness and billing coordinator as well as all of our staff. 

 

Bo ensures FRWC and all of the clinicians comply with legal and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of quality and confidentiality.  Bo works closely with department senior leadership and other personnel to provide quality services.  Bo often says, "Public service means going above and beyond" and he does the same for anyone at the FRWC who needs assistance.
